We only collect what you choose to give us when you send an order or enquiry:

• Name, company or pharmacy name, phone/WhatsApp number, email address and delivery country
• Buyer type and drug licence or import permit number, if provided
• Products, quantities and any message you write
• Prescriptions or licences you share with us later to complete an order

We do not collect payment card details on this website.

Your order list and this privacy notice choice are saved in your browser's local storage on your own device. They are not sent to us until you choose to send an order. You can clear them at any time from your browser settings or with "Clear list".

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

We process your data on the basis of the consent you give when you send an order or enquiry, and where needed to comply with law, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to export@vintexglobal.com; this does not affect processing already carried out or records we must keep by law.

When you send an order via WhatsApp or email, the message is carried by WhatsApp (Meta) or your email provider and is also subject to their privacy policies. We recommend you do not include medical history beyond what is needed for the order.

• Manufacturers or authorised stockists, only where needed to fulfil or verify an order
• Banks or payment providers, to process your payment

Because we export worldwide, your information may be shared with logistics partners in your country or in transit countries, only as needed to deliver your order.

We keep order and invoice records for as long as Indian tax, export and drug regulations require. Enquiries that do not lead to an order are deleted when no longer needed.

Access to order information is limited to staff who need it. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

You can ask to access, correct, update or erase your personal information, withdraw consent, or nominate another person to exercise your rights. Write to export@vintexglobal.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
